SeedGeorgia is a trading name of Eat Real 2026 LLC (identification number 430050543), registered at 14B Kazbegi Avenue, Tbilisi, Georgia. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, email main@seedgeorgia.com.

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), project description and budget range.
• Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
• Technical data: your IP address, used briefly to block spam and abuse of the contact form, and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
• Analytics and advertising data: only if you accept cookies. See "Cookies" below.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. This is a step you ask us to take before entering a contract.
• To keep the website secure and stop spam. This is our legitimate interest.
• To measure visits and the performance of our ads, using Google Analytics and Google Ads (including counting when someone who clicked an ad sends us a project brief). We only do this with your consent. See how Google uses this data.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for automated decision-making.

We only share data with service providers that help us run the website:

• Lovable, which hosts the website and delivers contact form submissions to us.
• Our email provider, which stores the messages we receive.
• Google (Analytics and Ads), only if you accept cookies.

Some of these providers process data outside Georgia and the EU, including in the United States. Where that happens, they rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

We only set analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Google Ads) if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you click "Reject", they aren't set. We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email main@seedgeorgia.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or, if you live in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
